Stoneledge owners are required to submit this form to request agreement on any proposed landscaping actions in the common space surrounding their town homes. This includes landscaping such as shrub removal, shrub addition, planting of perennials, special pruning of specific shrubs other than the normal HOA contracted landscape team pruning, desire to maintain one's own area vs. HOA contracted landscape team maintenance, or a renewal plan for homeowner’s common areas.
Requests received by the 1st of the month will be reviewed in that month's committee meeting. Requests received after the 1st of the month will be reviewed in next month's committee meeting. Please attach sketch of requested landscaping plan and plants selected to this form. For reference, planting guidelines and the approved plant list are located on the Stoneledge website.
